THE KINGDOM OF GOD:
Revelation 4:11
“You are worthy, our Lord and God,
to receive glory and honor and power,
for you created all things,
and by your will they were created
and have their being.”
GOD’S CHILDREN:
Psalm 111:10
The fear of the Lord is the beginning of wisdom;
all who follow his precepts have good understanding.
To him belongs eternal praise.
satan’s kingdom of lies:
John 8:44
You belong to your father, the devil, and you want to carry out your father’s desires. He was a murderer from the beginning, not holding to the truth, for there is no truth in him. When he lies, he speaks his native language, for he is a liar and the father of lies.
satan’s CHILDREN:
Psalm 14:1
The fool says in his heart,
“There is no God.”
They are corrupt, their deeds are vile;
there is no one who does good.
TODAY AS I POST THIS BIBLICALLY BASED “JOY STORY” FOR THE GLORY OF GOD, for the love of mankind, enmity towards satan and his realm; I am blessedly amused by this date on my American calendar:
APRIL FIRST, 2108!
Amen and amen!
Many people laugh at April Fool’s Day! There are those who love to pull pranks today, some with a mean spirit behind it. Others just love to do goofy, silly things. Clean fun is fun. And the fun I am having today surpasses that of any other April Fool’s Day I can remember.
BLESSED CHILDREN OF GOD & FOOLS FOR THE DEVIL: IT IS EASTER – IT IS RESURRECTION DAY!
As I looked upon my calendar quite a while ago, realizing these two celebrations are on the same day…
how could any thinking person, spiritually dead or alive (and all of us wanted by God) not see the immediate truth:
two Kkingdoms – The Kingdom of God – and the kingdom of satan!
Selah!
People, today is a good day for you to choose Christ Jesus if you have not yet. Every day is precious and every person is most precious to the One who died for them: Jesus Christ and Jesus Christ alone.
Romans 5:7-8
Very rarely will anyone die for a righteous person, though for a good person someone might possibly dare to die. But God demonstrates his own love for us in this: While we were still sinners, Christ died for us.
BELOVED: Christ chose to die.
Luke 13:31-33
At that time some Pharisees came to Jesus and said to him, “Leave this place and go somewhere else. Herod wants to kill you.” He replied, “Go tell that fox, ‘I will keep on driving out demons and healing people today and tomorrow, and on the third day I will reach my goal.’ In any case, I must press on today and tomorrow and the next day—for surely no prophet can die outside Jerusalem!
Again:
‘I will keep on driving out demons and healing people today and tomorrow, and on the third day I will reach my goal.’
His goal? To be resurrected on that famous third day: to rise as the victorious Son of God He always was, is and will remain. Friends, God never had a “Plan A” nor a “Plan B” as some would have you believe. He is God: God all-knowing, all-seeing and all-being. He is God and we are to listen to Him. No fooling!
To celebrate this precious Resurrection Day please meditate on these God-breathed Scriptures:
GOD IN FLESH:
Colossians 2:9
For in Christ all the fullness of the Deity lives in bodily form,
THE RESURRECTION AND THE LIFE:
John 11:23-16
Jesus said to her, “Your brother will rise again.” Martha answered, “I know he will rise again in the resurrection at the last day.” Jesus said to her, “I am the resurrection and the life. The one who believes in me will live, even though they die; and whoever lives by believing in me will never die. Do you believe this?”
1 Corinthians 15:12-19
But if it is preached that Christ has been raised from the dead, how can some of you say that there is no resurrection of the dead? If there is no resurrection of the dead, then not even Christ has been raised. And if Christ has not been raised, our preaching is useless and so is your faith. More than that, we are then found to be false witnesses about God, for we have testified about God that he raised Christ from the dead. But he did not raise him if in fact the dead are not raised. For if the dead are not raised, then Christ has not been raised either. And if Christ has not been raised, your faith is futile; you are still in your sins. Then those also who have fallen asleep in Christ are lost. If only for this life we have hope in Christ, we are of all people most to be pitied.
THE VIRGIN BIRTH:
Luke 1:26-35
In the sixth month of Elizabeth’s pregnancy, God sent the angel Gabriel to Nazareth, a town in Galilee, to a virgin pledged to be married to a man named Joseph, a descendant of David. The virgin’s name was Mary. The angel went to her and said, “Greetings, you who are highly favored! The Lord is with you.” Mary was greatly troubled at his words and wondered what kind of greeting this might be. But the angel said to her, “Do not be afraid, Mary; you have found favor with God. You will conceive and give birth to a son, and you are to call him Jesus. He will be great and will be called the Son of the Most High. The Lord God will give him the throne of his father David, and he will reign over Jacob’s descendants forever; his kingdom will never end.” “How will this be,” Mary asked the angel, “since I am a virgin?” The angel answered, “The Holy Spirit will come on you, and the power of the Most High will overshadow you. So the holy one to be born will be called the Son of God.
THE SPOTLESS LAMB:
1 Peter 1:18-21
For you know that it was not with perishable things such as silver or gold that you were redeemed from the empty way of life handed down to you from your ancestors, but with the precious blood of Christ, a lamb without blemish or defect. He was chosen before the creation of the world, but was revealed in these last times for your sake. Through him you believe in God, who raised him from the dead and glorified him, and so your faith and hope are in God.
THE EMPTY TOMB:
Luke 24:1-3
On the first day of the week, very early in the morning, the women took the spices they had prepared and went to the tomb. They found the stone rolled away from the tomb, but when they entered, they did not find the body of the Lord Jesus.
THE BEST ENDING OF ANY JOY STORY!
Revelation 22:20-21
He who testifies to these things says, “Yes, I am coming soon.”
Amen. Come, Lord Jesus. The grace of the Lord Jesus be with God’s people. Amen.
Growing up in a home without the love for God, an invalid father, heavy financial hardships, and tremendous (sometimes dangerous) discord is always difficult. Add on to that extreme shyness, a feeling of inferiority, and some may think this girl was rejected. But God’s hand was on her and His heart was for her. Today, Ann Marie Turner has performed many great services in Jesus’ name for the love of God and man; and for herself! She has ministered in the male correctional for over ten years. Along with this website, Ann is the author of Joy Stories, Volume One and The Free Incarcerated Man. Writing about the joy of the Lord and the victory that is available for a willing soul is one of Ann’s now greatest joys! Ann’s prayer for you is to overcome by the blood of the Lamb and the word of your testimony. Celebrate the God of the Bible and your personal victories in Christ unceasingly! Revelation 12:11 They overcame him by the blood of the Lamb and by the word of their testimony, they did not love their lives so much as to shrink from death.
