IT’S INTERESTING TO ME, as God ordains my steps, how He ties in one thing with another in my life, in my goals and dreams; my aspirations. I see it now as I am purposefully tying this posting together with my last dated June 16, 2016 and entitled: IF I HAD TO DO MY WEDDING OVER AGAIN…

Because June in Minnesota is one of the very most popular months to have a big wedding, God had put upon my heart how (though I am forgiven, without a doubt, without a lie) why and how my wedding should have been better as I wrote about in the last posting. Yes, it should have been better – much, much better.

THE TIE-IN: the best wedding planning is to be the bride of Christ: to plan, to choose, to plan to live with total excitement of the greatest, the most brilliant and the most loving wedding party of all time – the wedding super of the Lamb! As one chooses to be a child of God, this is one wedding I don’t want anyone (in the proper time frame) to miss!

“Hallelujah! For our Lord God Almighty reigns. Let us rejoice and be glad and give him glory! For the wedding of the Lamb has come, and his bride has made herself ready. Fine linen, bright and clean, was given her to wear.” (Fine linen stands for the righteous acts of God’s holy people.) Then the angel said to me, “Write this: Blessed are those who are invited to the wedding supper of the Lamb!” And he added, “These are the true words of God.”  Revelation 19:6-9

Jesus Christ IS that Lamb of God!

He was slain from the creation of the world. This is the wedding you have to plan for because salvation is not found in anyone else. Jesus is your propitiation for your sins, for mine – for all. Don’t ever try to convince me that God created some men for Heaven and some men for Hell. God is just. God is love. God is holy, holy, holy. We choose:  The Lord is not slow in keeping his promise, as some understand slowness. Instead he is patient with you, not wanting anyone to perish, but everyone to come to repentance.
2 Peter 3:9

Moving on: the gate is narrow – enter through it and do not turn back. Never turn back!
This is the wedding you want to fix your eyes, your heart, your soul, body and spirit on. This is the wedding where all attendees are true lovers of everything holy and good: God, Himself and His family – your true brothers and sisters in the faith! No jealousy, no pushiness, no hypocrites! No liars! Nothing broken, nothing missing. Joy everlasting and love eternal are found with our Father in Heaven, His Son, the Holy Spirit and His people! Amen and Amen – forever!

I must make this clear: some will come to Heaven during the tribulation or through the great tribulation. Some will come after. If the wedding is over – and you are a child of God – most important is your eternal home in Heaven than a seven year wedding supper. But: I am focusing on those living now in 2016 and the years to come who are with us before the rapture. Plan to be at this wedding! Choose the Father, the Son, the Spirit – and choose to be the bride!

*Please note: there are Christians who believe we can choose to remain behind in the rapture to minister the gospel to the lost. My son and I have told the LORD we are willing. Are you willing to miss the wedding supper of the Lamb for one soul?
