I want to encourage you to trust your flock…
As the Church experiences tremendous birth pains in these last days and we focus on the imminent return of our only Lord and Savior, the Christ: I want to encourage all of our pastors to trust your flock. However, it is written that until Christ Jesus puts everything under foot, some of our brothers and sisters will falter, will slip, will fear. We know that each of these are wrong because:
Romans 14:23
But whoever has doubts is condemned if they eat, because their eating is not from faith; and everything that does not come from faith is sin.
We know there is and will continue to be apostacy in these end times:
1 Timothy 4:1-2
The Spirit clearly says that in later times some will abandon the faith and follow deceiving spirits and things taught by demons. Such teachings come through hypocritical liars, whose consciences have been seared as with a hot iron.
We know your responsibilities have always been the same:
2 Timothy 4:1-2
In the presence of God and of Christ Jesus, who will judge the living and the dead, and in view of his appearing and his kingdom, I give you this charge: Preach the word; be prepared in season and out of season; correct, rebuke and encourage—with great patience and careful instruction.
Christians are not taken aback by covid. No. We tell others this is no surprise to us, for Christ has warned us in the books of Matthew, Mark and Luke minimally perilous times will come. They are here.
Precious pastors:
The Church chooses to be the Church triumphant and we boldly quote this entire Scripture:
Revelation 12:11
They overcame him by the blood of the Lamb and by the word of their testimony, they did not love their lives so much as to shrink from death.
During any hardship, we thank God that we are counted worthy of persecution:
John 15:18-20
“If the world hates you, keep in mind that it hated me first. If you belonged to the world, it would love you as its own. As it is, you do not belong to the world, but I have chosen you out of the world. That is why the world hates you. Remember what I told you: ‘A servant is not greater than his master.’ If they persecuted me, they will persecute you also. If they obeyed my teaching, they will obey yours also.
Many times (because I listen to many pastors) I hear the flock addressed as if this is definitely a fact: we are all terrorized. We are not. As I said, some will slip, will falter, will fear. Some will become apostates. This is Bible truth.
But you know this.
I want to bless you with this truth: Christians long for Christ. We long to be gathered to our people and leave the dominion of darkness forever behind us. We Christians want only what God wants and we are lovingly and willingly to wait to be with Him eternally…
Pastors,
I encourage you with every fiber of my being, with every revelation in my soul and with all the truth God has placed in my perfect spirit: preach the Word in and out of season, knowing that God is your first love and ours!
Great is our God and greatly He is worthy of praise! And as the Apostle Paul says, we stand in agreement:
Philippians 1:21
For to me, to live is Christ and to die is gain.
We know God is not pleased with any Christian who shrinks back:
Hebrews 10:38
“But my righteous one will live by faith. And I take no pleasure in the one who shrinks back.”
In conclusion, to our pastors:
I pray for your confidence in we, the Church:
Romans 8:31-39
What, then, shall we say in response to these things? If God is for us, who can be against us? He who did not spare his own Son, but gave him up for us all—how will he not also, along with him, graciously give us all things? Who will bring any charge against those whom God has chosen? It is God who justifies. Who then is the one who condemns? No one. Christ Jesus who died—more than that, who was raised to life—is at the right hand of God and is also interceding for us. Who shall separate us from the love of Christ? Shall trouble or hardship or persecution or famine or nakedness or danger or sword? As it is written: “For your sake we face death all day long; we are considered as sheep to be slaughtered.” No, in all these things we are more than conquerors through him who loved us. For I am convinced that neither death nor life, neither angels nor demons, neither the present nor the future, nor any powers, neither height nor depth, nor anything else in all creation, will be able to separate us from the love of God that is in Christ Jesus our Lord.
The Church esteems you! We remember you always:
Hebrews 13:7
Remember your leaders, who spoke the word of God to you. Consider the outcome of their way of life and imitate their faith.
BECAUSE THERE ARE SO MANY FALSE CHURCHES; IT MUST BE NOTED
to the weak, the false, the uniformed:
The Church knows who she is; Christ is the head of us and we are His body.
Colossians 1:15-18
The Son is the image of the invisible God, the firstborn over all creation. For in him all things were created: things in heaven and on earth, visible and invisible, whether thrones or powers or rulers or authorities; all things have been created through him and for him. He is before all things, and in him all things hold together. And he is the head of the body, the church; he is the beginning and the firstborn from among the dead, so that in everything he might have the supremacy.
THE CHURCH IS NOT
intimidated, powerless, nor self-serving:
Deuteronomy 18:17-20
The Lord said to me: “What they say is good. I will raise up for them a prophet like you from among their fellow Israelites, and I will put my words in his mouth. He will tell them everything I command him. I myself will call to account anyone who does not listen to my words that the prophet speaks in my name. But a prophet who presumes to speak in my name anything I have not commanded, or a prophet who speaks in the name of other gods, is to be put to death.”
Matthew 23:1-12
Then Jesus said to the crowds and to his disciples: “The teachers of the law and the Pharisees sit in Moses’ seat. So you must be careful to do everything they tell you. But do not do what they do, for they do not practice what they preach. They tie up heavy, cumbersome loads and put them on other people’s shoulders, but they themselves are not willing to lift a finger to move them. “Everything they do is done for people to see: They make their phylacteries wide and the tassels on their garments long; they love the place of honor at banquets and the most important seats in the synagogues; they love to be greeted with respect in the marketplaces and to be called ‘Rabbi’ by others. “But you are not to be called ‘Rabbi,’ for you have one Teacher, and you are all brothers. And do not call anyone on earth ‘father,’ for you have one Father, and he is in heaven. Nor are you to be called instructors, for you have one Instructor, the Messiah. The greatest among you will be your servant. For those who exalt themselves will be humbled, and those who humble themselves will be exalted.
Growing up in a home without the love for God, an invalid father, heavy financial hardships, and tremendous (sometimes dangerous) discord is always difficult. Add on to that extreme shyness, a feeling of inferiority, and some may think this girl was rejected. But God’s hand was on her and His heart was for her. Today, Ann Marie Turner has performed many great services in Jesus’ name for the love of God and man; and for herself! She has ministered in the male correctional for over ten years. Along with this website, Ann is the author of Joy Stories, Volume One and The Free Incarcerated Man. Writing about the joy of the Lord and the victory that is available for a willing soul is one of Ann’s now greatest joys! Ann’s prayer for you is to overcome by the blood of the Lamb and the word of your testimony. Celebrate the God of the Bible and your personal victories in Christ unceasingly! Revelation 12:11 They overcame him by the blood of the Lamb and by the word of their testimony, they did not love their lives so much as to shrink from death.
