My white alarm clock was through. It was difficult to set always and the settings were easily changed accidentally… I was tired of dealing with it, especially when I found one that is super-great! (I always have two!) My newest one sets easily and stays set – even if you drop it!  Yay!

My husband is the type who wants to either keep everything (in case we need it again or someone else does) or give it away to a thrift store. I’m the kind: throw it out. Unless I really am in the mood (rarely, very rarely) to take time to pack things up and take them to a thrift store, it is not worth my time.

Sometimes you don’t have to compromise and it’s not wrong. Case in point:

John 14:6
Jesus answered, “I am the way and the truth and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me.

Jesus is the only way; the only Lord and Savior; and the Bible is the only book God-breathed, infallible, inerrant. No compromise! No debate!

I came to this decision:

Because I would never throw away any of my husband’s things without his permission; I would never throw away any of our things without his permission – I have the honest right to throw away anything I want to that is mine.

And I do!
