Revelation 18:1

I am the Living One; I was dead, and now look, I am alive for ever and ever! And I hold the keys of death and Hades.

BEHOLD! HE HAS RISEN!

Revelation 5:5-14

Then one of the elders said to me, “Do not weep! See, the Lion of the tribe of Judah, the Root of David, has triumphed. He is able to open the scroll and its seven seals.”  Then I saw a Lamb, looking as if it had been slain, standing at the center of the throne, encircled by the four living creatures and the elders. The Lamb had seven horns and seven eyes, which are the seven spirits of God sent out into all the earth. He went and took the scroll from the right hand of him who sat on the throne.  And when he had taken it, the four living creatures and the twenty-four elders fell down before the Lamb. Each one had a harp and they were holding golden bowls full of incense, which are the prayers of God’s people.  And they sang a new song, saying: “You are worthy to take the scroll and to open its seals, because you were slain, and with your blood you purchased for God persons from every tribe and language and people and nation. You have made them to be a kingdom and priests to serve our God, and they will reign on the earth.” Then I looked and heard the voice of many angels, numbering thousands upon thousands, and ten thousand times ten thousand. They encircled the throne and the living creatures and the elders.  In a loud voice they were saying: “Worthy is the Lamb, who was slain, to receive power and wealth and wisdom and strength and honor and glory and praise!” Then I heard every creature in heaven and on earth and under the earth and on the sea, and all that is in them, saying: “To him who sits on the throne and to the Lamb be praise and honor and glory and power, for ever and ever!” The four living creatures said, “Amen,” and the elders fell down and worshiped.

“IT IS FINISHED!”  – τετέλεσται.

BECAUSE IT IS FINISHED, WE TOO, are to be finished: finished with fear of satan, man, our flesh. The Bible tells us we are to fear only God. Fear God, not in trepidation, but in awe — reverential awe. God is our source of everything holy. As the last book of the Bible, Revelation, tells us, Jesus Christ, Son of God, Son of Man, purchased us, we the people, (every tribe and language and people and nation) back from that defeated, crushed and inflamed (and soon to ever be in flames!) devil – the enemy of all mankind.

Jesus Christ, and Jesus Christ alone, is worthy to take the scroll and to open its seals. Everyone who receives and stays with Truth / Jesus Christ will declare unending praise in Heaven, saying: “To him who sits on the throne and to the Lamb be praise and honor and glory and power, for ever and ever!”

Beloved, in the meantime there is meanness in the time we are living in here on Earth… AND: we have overcome by the blood of the Lamb and the word of OUR TESTIMONY when we do not love our lives so much more than we love our Father, His Son and the Holy Spirit: What good is it for someone to gain the whole world, yet forfeit their soul? (Mark 8:36)

Therefore, beloved, take a stand as a child of God. Fear not the evil one, who is crushed, filled with wrath:  YOU make satan flee!

• YOU, beloved, do not fear man! YOU meditate on Matthew 10:26-39 (and more!)
• YOU, beloved, crucify your flesh and live by Galatians 2:19-21!

A good preacher proclaims the Word and teaches the Church to be responsible for their own faith. Your faith is your choice. Choose life! Choose eternal life and eternal separation from the kingdom of darkness!

Look at the birds of the air; they do not sow or reap or store away in barns, and yet your heavenly Father feeds them. Are you not much more valuable than they? Can any one of you by worrying add a single hour to your life? “And why do you worry about clothes? See how the flowers of the field grow. They do not labor or spin. Yet I tell you that not even Solomon in all his splendor was dressed like one of these.  If that is how God clothes the grass of the field, which is here today and tomorrow is thrown into the fire, will he not much more clothe you—you of little faith? So do not worry, saying, ‘What shall we eat?’ or ‘What shall we drink?’ or ‘What shall we wear?’ For the pagans run after all these things, and your heavenly Father knows that you need them. But seek first his kingdom and his righteousness, and all these things will be given to you as well.

Revelation 12:11

They overcame him by the blood of the Lamb and by the word of their testimony; they did not love their lives so much as to shrink from death.
