INTERESTING TITLE, HUH? YES, it is…
AND the analogy rocks! But I’ll get to that in a little while. Right now I want to point out to you that the dark and damning celebration of Halloween is once again over. Alleluia! The darkness is passing away: the Light has come!
Halloween is a celebration of death easily seen as the costumes get gorier and gorier — and so very many people think: “That’s cool!” Really? Are you serious!? Children are even given razor blades, poison and drugs! You really are not much of a thinker when you celebrate a witch’s invitation. Again, study it out! satan loves for people to have “fun” embracing his wicked and twisted way to be entertained with death and destruction… Truly, this is a no-brainer!!
And as one of the worst celebrations is gone for another year, satan will someday be too burning in that lake of fiery sulfur…
Revelation 20:10
And the devil, who deceived them, was thrown into the lake of burning sulfur, where the beast and the false prophet had been thrown. They will be tormented day and night for ever and ever.
The darkness is passing away and those who refuse to walk in the light of God’s Word do so by choice, evil and self-serving:
2 Thessalonians 2:10-12
and all the ways that wickedness deceives those who are perishing. They perish because they refused to love the truth and so be saved. For this reason God sends them a powerful delusion so that they will believe the lie and so that all will be condemned who have not believed the truth but have delighted in wickedness.
So as the sinners and some stupid saints and ‘saints’ divest of obvious satanic attire, that of witches, bloodied, exposed bones, demonic grins and false angels of light some of these (quite a few as a matter of fact) now commence to decorate their homes, office, themselves with festive, bright and beautiful lights and colours…
EVEN MY DOG KNOWS HOW TO GET DRESSED!
Riley is our black (with a lot of gray) sweet, smart and beautiful Chinese pug, This little cutie has managed to live a strong, long life because she’s part of my family. She is one of our family pets who is truly protected under my covenant. But even this little Chinese pug plays a part in her healthy and happy life by knowing how to get dressed and then knowing how to right a wrong… Yes! She’s that smart! After all, God made her for His pleasure and He desires her to be loved not only by Himself, by also by her puppy parents, loved, fed, watered, taken outside, talked to and prayed over…

Each morning to protect my family, of which my dogs and cat (and my children’s pets) are part of, I bind that damned dominion of darkness, naming all my family members, using their full names (including everyone of our beloved and God-created pets) also praying for the Church and Israel… What a way to start my day!
These are the Scriptures I use as I audibly bind my enemies:
Colossians 1:13-14
For he has rescued us from the dominion of darkness and brought us into the kingdom of the Son he loves, in whom we have redemption, the forgiveness of sins.
Ephesians 2:6
And God raised us up with Christ and seated us with him in the heavenly realms in Christ Jesus,
I urge you to do the same. The devil is a complete liar and lying is his only weapon… just don’t believe him – and NEVER DOUBT GOD!

SO, because Riley has been given such a loving home God picked out for her, she is dearly loved and protected, including her right to a joyous, healthy and blessed life! God loves her! He knows her real mommy and daddy, all her siblings, her cousins, grandparents! God knows Riley! Indeed, He created her for His glory and pleasure! Just like you!

Riley does know how to get dressed! She has been lovingly protected and taken care of from day one. We have never let her outside unattended: even if our yard was completely fenced in I would guard her out there… You may remember we have a vicious dog behind a fence in our backyard. Devil be damned! I take out a Taser, have a garden tool with many metal spikes, and I listen and watch out for her and Rocky’s (my fawn male pug) safety and FUN!
AND HERE IS HOW RILEY GETS DRESSED – by choice!
This little lady knows how to help me put on her harness: it goes over her head (she has a red one – she looks great in red!), then her left front paw goes through a large loop. She puts it through there! Riley puts her own God-given left paw through the harness loop she has to wear for safety! Riley helps me protect her! She knows! She cooperates! Honestly, Riley is smarter than a lot of people!
Next, I put the binding tie around her belly, snapping it correctly on. Once her safety harness is correctly on, I or her ‘Daddy’ take her out into the elements… out into an unsafe world in the natural where dogs could attack her, where a car could smash her little body, where hateful people abuse and destroy cute little critters because they are full of the devil!
No! Not going to happen! We keep Riley safe and joyful! And Riley knows she is not allowed outside alone and she has to wear her harness! Riley knows she has an outfit to wear to give us all peace…
Now, there have been times when Riley doesn’t want to go where I lead; but I am in charge… So, because she is a free-thinking creature, sometimes Riley is a little stinker and will stop dead in her tracks… However, like the prodigal son, she repents and next chooses to stay firmly in position, easily allowing me, letting me, once again attach her very necessary lifeline… her harness.
My friends, even my dog knows how to get dressed!
Riley has learned it is not acceptable, nor is it allowed, for her, my precious pug baby, to be outside in a dangerous manner. She has given in to ‘tough love.’ If I didn’t keep her harnessed she could have learned to take off on me! Who knows how long I would have had the enjoyment of this very little sassy character, full of personality and love? Riley and I are fully planning to die at home (or go up in the rapture) at a good, good, happy old age because we are in covenant with our Creator God!
Certainly, Riley has willingly submitted to my care. There is not one day that I don’t tell her many, many, many times I love her! There’s not one day I don’t protect her, give her treats and cuddles. The good LORD above has blessed me with the joy of pets all of my life and my life would not be as full without them!

AND NOW: HERE’S MY ROCKING ANALOGY!
Think deeply of this wonderful analogy: even my dog knows how to get dressed: dressed for protection, long life, security so she may enjoy a long, good life – and – so should you! Those hideous Halloween costumes have real meaning: but so does the armor of God. Take heart and wear it. Walk in and with the Light, shun evil and hate evil! There is only one covenant with God and His people: who are Israel and the Church, (there are no denominations), there are only two kingdoms – Christ’s victorious kingdom and satan’s damned dominion, defeated. That is all!
Beloved: you need to throw away celebrating horror, throw away flaunting blood spilled in murder that doesn’t bring life as the blood of the spotless Lamb does. You need to dress outside and inside with power, hope, salvation:
DRESS SMART! PUT ON THE FULL ARMOR OF GOD!
- Wear that belt of truth buckled around your waist!
- Don’t let that breastplate of righteousness slip from its’ place!
- Keep your feet forever fitted with love for the Gospel of Jesus Christ!
- Take up the shield of faith and extinguish all the flaming arrows of the evil one!
- Wear the helmet of salvation and live strong and long in God’s perfect peace!
- Don’t be ashamed, yield that beloved sword of the Spirit… the Word of God!
- And do not forget: pray in the Spirit on all occasions with all kinds of prayers and requests!
My prayers, love and desires for you is to be and stay strong in the LORD and His consecrated covenant!
Kick the devil in the booty! It’s fun!!
