THE BLOOD OF JESUS WASHES CLEAN THOSE WHO CALL ON HIS NAME, FOR THEY ARE SAVED…
Husbands and wives are equal: there is no competition in Christianity. It’s a wash! We have different roles, we are different in many, many ways! (God has a sense of humor!) AND when man and woman become husband and wife, there’s covenant. AND: they become one!

GOD’S WAYS OUR HIGHER THAN OURS:
higher than Israel’s thoughts, The Church’s, and yes, certainly all and everyone who are the wicked. That would be a sinner y’all. We are a kingdom apart!
Selah.
Isaiah 55:6-9
Seek the Lord while he may be found; call on him while he is near. Let the wicked forsake their ways and the unrighteous their thoughts. Let them turn to the Lord, and he will have mercy on them, and to our God, for he will freely pardon. “For my thoughts are not your thoughts, neither are your ways my ways,” declares the Lord. “As the heavens are higher than the earth, so are my ways higher than your ways and my thoughts than your thoughts.
Crime is high! Crime is wrong! Crime is stupid! And Brothers, sisters, enemies: crime is ridiculous! Speaking of crime; divorce is not. God allowed Moses to give His people a certificate of divorce; therefore, it cannot and is not sin. God never condones sin.

Like going to a doctor instead of living in divine health which Christ did empower us to have through faith in His blood, doctors are His second best. Hospitals do mighty things but only through the power of God for nothing evil comes from Him and nothing good can be ascertained in one’s own abilities.
Selah.
Husbands and wives have entered into a binding covenant with God. Divorce is allowed, but is not a blessing. It hurts way more than just the man and the woman. So, let’s concentrate here on what we are to do as a couple; a married couple. First, we are to have God as the head of our household. He has created man and woman and marriage: Adam and Eve. He has told each of them to love each other and honor each other. Give each other great respect. Help your spouse to walk in holiness, stroll in a new garden where there is light. Learn from each other, correct the other when necessary (and it will be.) Don’t you dare love them more than the One who gave your love-mate to you!
Selah.
A wise man would willingly die for his wife! Certainly he also would cherish her and help her to keep her true beauty by carrying out the roles God has blessed her with: Christian, wife, mother, grandmother, great-grandmother. Perhaps she has also a career. Bless her in her interests and console her in her pain… Stir up romantic and blessing memories and perpetually seek to please her.
And you wife, who took a godly husband, willingly submits to his leadership, for he is wise, kind, loving, patient and yours. Be a blessing to him by being pleased with his character… in and out of the church building. Look your best for him and rebuke sternly those who try to be amorous to your beauty. Guard your marriage boldly!
As you, husband, are told by God to love your wife just as Christ loved the Church and gave Himself up for her, do it!
And you, wife, as told to submit to your husband, do it!
One is not above the other. There has to be a leader; there has to be a follower because there has to be a protector. You are equal and are to walk in agreement, not strain ahead and leave the other in the dirt from which Adam came.
IT’S A WASH:
God has forgiven those who call on His name. Christians are equal among each other. Dissension comes from believing and acting on what the evil one, the flesh and the world tell you. Don’t do it!
Husband and wife: do it Christ’s way for there is no other way in which to live in peace, joy, love (the God-kind of love and romantic love!) Husband: do it the right way; God’s way! Wife: you too! Because it’s a wash!
THE BLOOD OF JESUS HAS WASHED YOU CLEAN:
Live like it!
Act like it!
Believe it!
Cherish it!
KEEP IT!
THE BLOOD OF THE COVENANT
Isaiah 43:25-26
I, even I, am He Who blots out and cancels your transgressions, for My own sake, and I will not remember your sins. Put Me in remembrance [remind Me of your merits]; let us plead and argue together. Set forth your case, that you may be justified (proved right).
Romans 5:9
Since we have now been justified by his blood, how much more shall we be saved from God’s wrath through him!
1 Corinthians 6:8-11
Instead, you yourselves cheat and do wrong, and you do this to your brothers and sisters. Or do you not know that wrongdoers will not inherit the kingdom of God? Do not be deceived: Neither the sexually immoral nor idolaters nor adulterers nor men who have sex with men nor thieves nor the greedy nor drunkards nor slanderers nor swindlers will inherit the kingdom of God. And that is what some of you were. But you were washed, you were sanctified, you were justified in the name of the Lord Jesus Christ and by the Spirit of our God.
Hebrews 9:22
In fact, the law requires that nearly everything be cleansed with blood, and without the shedding of blood there is no forgiveness.
Luke 13:31-32
At that time some Pharisees came to Jesus and said to him, “Leave this place and go somewhere else. Herod wants to kill you.” He replied, “Go tell that fox, ‘I will drive out demons and heal people today and tomorrow, and on the third day I will reach my goal.’ In any case, I must keep going today and tomorrow and the next day–for surely no prophet can die outside Jerusalem!
SCRIPTURAL TRUTHS FOR THIS JOY STORY:
Psalm 103:1-6
Praise the Lord, my soul; all my inmost being, praise his holy name. Praise the Lord, my soul, and forget not all his benefits—who forgives all your sins and heals all your diseases, who redeems your life from the pit and crowns you with love and compassion, who satisfies your desires with good things so that your youth is renewed like the eagle’s. The Lord works righteousness and justice for all the oppressed.
Isaiah 53:4-5
Surely he took up our pain and bore our suffering, yet we considered him punished by God, stricken by him, and afflicted. But he was pierced for our transgressions, he was crushed for our iniquities; the punishment that brought us peace was on him, and by his wounds we are healed.
1 Peter 2:24
“He himself bore our sins” in his body on the cross, so that we might die to sins and live for righteousness; “by his wounds you have been healed.”
REGARDING YOU, HUSBAND:
Genesis 2:18
The Lord God said, “It is not good for the man to be alone. I will make a helper suitable for him.”
Genesis 2:24
That is why a man leaves his father and mother and is united to his wife, and they become one flesh.
Proverbs 18:22
He who finds a wife finds what is good and receives favor from the Lord.
Ephesians 5:25-27
Husbands, love your wives, just as Christ loved the church and gave himself up for her to make her holy, cleansing her by the washing with water through the word, and to present her to himself as a radiant church, without stain or wrinkle or any other blemish, but holy and blameless.
REGARDING YOU, WIFE:
Genesis 2:18
The Lord God said, “It is not good for the man to be alone. I will make a helper suitable for him.”
Proverbs 12:4
A wife of noble character is her husband’s crown, but a disgraceful wife is like decay in his bones.
Ephesians 5:22-24
Wives, submit yourselves to your own husbands as you do to the Lord. For the husband is the head of the wife as Christ is the head of the church, his body, of which he is the Savior. Now as the church submits to Christ, so also wives should submit to their husbands in everything.
Genesis 2:24
That is why a man leaves his father and mother and is united to his wife, and they become one flesh.
IT’S A WASH!
Revelation 12:11
They overcame
him
by
the blood of the Lamb
and
by
the word of their testimony,
they did not
love their lives
so much
as to
shrink from death.
Growing up in a home without the love for God, an invalid father, heavy financial hardships, and tremendous (sometimes dangerous) discord is always difficult. Add on to that extreme shyness, a feeling of inferiority, and some may think this girl was rejected. But God’s hand was on her and His heart was for her. Today, Ann Marie Turner has performed many great services in Jesus’ name for the love of God and man; and for herself! She has ministered in the male correctional for over ten years. Along with this website, Ann is the author of Joy Stories, Volume One and The Free Incarcerated Man. Writing about the joy of the Lord and the victory that is available for a willing soul is one of Ann’s now greatest joys! Ann’s prayer for you is to overcome by the blood of the Lamb and the word of your testimony. Celebrate the God of the Bible and your personal victories in Christ unceasingly! Revelation 12:11 They overcame him by the blood of the Lamb and by the word of their testimony, they did not love their lives so much as to shrink from death.
