AND JUST WHY IS THAT?

Because: Jesus loves you!

 

I, Ann Turner, on this day, April 9th, 2019, declare to you just some of the marvels of God.

 

It’s my birthday so I don’t want to take hours and hours to write to you today. I could. I have. I will again. To briefly give you my gift on my birthday; let me say again: God loves you. He sent His Son to take your sins and ills before you even knew of Him, for Christ Jesus died over two thousand years ago…

 

And I love you. I may not like you yet. If you lie, if you gossip, if you steal, if you get drunk, I don’t like you. And that’s appropriate. you are no role model. You are no hero.

All Christians love you (or believe me, they are not Christians) and I will prove it with the very top two imperatives in the everlasting, never-ending, incomparable, infallible, inerrant Word of God:

 

Matthew 22:35-40
One of them, an expert in the law, tested him with this question: “Teacher, which is the greatest commandment in the Law?” Jesus replied: “‘Love the Lord your God with all your heart and with all your soul and with all your mind.’ This is the first and greatest commandment. And the second is like it: ‘Love your neighbor as yourself.’ All the Law and the Prophets hang on these two commandments.”

 

This is what Christians want to do and strive to do. We know we fail, we know we miss it, we know we SIN.

Beloved, loving and liking people are two different things. No-brainer there for the body of Christ!

HERE’S MY GIFT TO YOU ON MY BIRTHDAY:
let me speak of examples of how God loved me before I even thought of surrendering to Him. If He did it for me – AND HE DID! – He wants to do it for you!

I’VE NEVER BEEN ONE TO MOCK THE MENTALLY IMPAIRED PERSON or demean a person because of their age. In addition, as I grew up in a White community (I’d say we in South Saint Paul, Minnesota at that time were ninety-nine percent White) I grew up feeling I was missing out because I didn’t know other types of people; I realized I was missing out on more friends, more FAMILY, for God had put in me a love for His finest creation – mankind – and I knew we are all precious; fearfully and wonderfully knit together in our mother’s womb by God, Maker of Heaven and Earth.

WHAT I WANT TO IMPRESS ON YOU TODAY is the blessings of life which only come through God, your Maker even before you loved Him.

 

Romans 5:6-8
You see, at just the right time, when we were still powerless, Christ died for the ungodly.  Very rarely will anyone die for a righteous person, though for a good person someone might possibly dare to die. But God demonstrates his own love for us in this: While we were still sinners, Christ died for us.

Luke 10:18
He replied, “I saw Satan fall like lightning from heaven.

 

satan: falling from Heaven! Kicked out! No authority there any longer! No power! Only what foolish people allow him, like Adam did. Like I did. And that’s not all! Jesus will soon crush his head!

 

Romans 16:20
The God of peace will soon crush Satan under your feet.

 

God has instilled in me plans and dreams before I ever paid and attention to Him. (I remember asking Him that I would win a Valentine’s contest in grade school. I did.) I remember always He had told my spirit priests could get married, babies don’t go to Hell and there is no such thing as purgatory. I remember this as a very, very young girl. I would never be Catholic. Beloved, He told me this. I have known this from the time I could understand anything deep. I could not have been any younger.

 

For all my years ignoring God I made true claims for my life which I came to realize He impressed upon me. Now and always I thank Him continually. I was right because (and only because) my claims lined up with His doctrine.

 

ONE OF MY CLAIMS was and is that I would never die young. I would never die of cancer (as my mother’s dad and her sister did). I would never have Multiple Sclerosis as my father had. I would never have dementia nor any other affliction of forgetfulness. Not me brother! Not me! Never!

 

PRIDE YOU SAY? ARROGANCE?
I know some have responded to me like that. Not me! Never! And why is that?! All glory to God. Beloved: I found as I decided to love truth – that would be God – that I spoke and believed correctly on these issues. When you speak and believe what God days your days are numbered for glory!

 

1 Peter 4:11
If anyone speaks, they should do so as one who speaks the very words of God. If anyone serves, they should do so with the strength God provides, so that in all things God may be praised through Jesus Christ. To him be the glory and the power for ever and ever. Amen.

 

THIS IS MY BIRTHDAY GIFT TO YOU: MY OFFER TO PROCLAIM TO YOU TRUTH; JESUS CHRIST, who died for my sins, for yours… According to the Scriptures Jesus was buried, He  rose on the third day, and He appeared to Cephas and then the Twelve! Appearing to more than five hundred men and women, appearing to James, then to all the apostles and to Paul – Jesus rose from the dead and went about preaching…

He IS ALIVE!

P.S. On this day, my birthday, reflect on your blessings. This is definitely not hokey! It is the simplest thing to see God when you take your eyes off your own abilities and realize you did not create yourself, your father and mother did not bring you into this God-created world by themselves.

 

GET REAL! GET JESUS!

 

 

God in Heaven,

I come to You in the name of Your Son, Jesus. I have sinned. I believe and know that Jesus is God. He lived a sinless life, took all my sickness and infirmities and died on the cross for my sins. I believe and know that He was raised from the dead so I might be saved and have eternal life in Your Kingdom.

Jesus, I ask you to be my Lord and Savior. Please forgive me of my sins and wash them away with Your holy blood  – never to be remembered again. I believe and know now that I am forgiven; I have a right for total salvation which includes forgiveness of sin, healing, wholeness!

I will now strive to live my life for You to my best ability and with the help of You, Holy Spirit. I strive to seek You, study You and worship You all the days of my life, which are forever, amen!

I denounce satan and his kingdom now and forevermore!

I also ask to be baptized in You, Holy Spirit, with the evidence of this by praying in other tongues, my heavenly language. (To receive your heavenly language – take it by faith – just as you receive Jesus as your Lord and Savior. Simply start speaking syllables – do not say anything in your known language/s. It WILL come – just believe. satan will tell you it is false – never listen to the father of lies. Pray in tongues every day!)

Thank You, God, for forgiving me, cleansing me, staying with me and praying with me.

In Jesus name, I pray this, amen.
