SQUASHED MOUNTAINS
STORY #1

I, Ann Marie Turner, a true Christian, was in the ladies room of my church recently. Two women were talking about President Trump and I loved what they were saying! However, as I joined in asking them if they’ve heard the prophecies of Kim Clement and Rabbi Jonathan Cahn it came to the point where one them informed us regarding the rabbi: “He needs to shave his beard.”
Immediately I was irritated with her because her attitude was hateful. She made this statement in a manner that made it seem like a demand, not an opinion. She had to let me know she led a Bible study! I wouldn’t go to it with her “in charge.” I disliked her words, her attitude, her body language: so, I promptly and correctly responded: “No. He doesn’t.”
To my further displeasure, she said it again! I have learned not to allow evil to be the last word — ever! I took the last word; I said again: “No. He doesn’t.” If you allow good to be called evil, you are embracing the devil’s schemes! Who is she to tell a beautiful man, a holy man, he has no right to have a beard? Beloved: if you remain silent evil might prevail.
Please search out a wonderful and beautiful quote from a true brother in the faith, Deitrich Bonhoeffer, a man who gave his life for love.
Isaiah 5:20-21
Woe to those who call evil good and good evil, who put darkness for light and light for darkness,
who put bitter for sweet and sweet for bitter. Woe to those who are wise in their own eyes and clever in their own sight.
P.S. There’s more ugly about her but I wanted to stick to the main point.
LESSONS:
A. Rebuke hatefulness.
B. Choose your fellowship carefully!
Growing up in a home without the love for God, an invalid father, heavy financial hardships, and tremendous (sometimes dangerous) discord is always difficult. Add on to that extreme shyness, a feeling of inferiority, and some may think this girl was rejected. But God’s hand was on her and His heart was for her. Today, Ann Marie Turner has performed many great services in Jesus’ name for the love of God and man; and for herself! She has ministered in the male correctional for over ten years. Along with this website, Ann is the author of Joy Stories, Volume One and The Free Incarcerated Man. Writing about the joy of the Lord and the victory that is available for a willing soul is one of Ann’s now greatest joys! Ann’s prayer for you is to overcome by the blood of the Lamb and the word of your testimony. Celebrate the God of the Bible and your personal victories in Christ unceasingly! Revelation 12:11 They overcame him by the blood of the Lamb and by the word of their testimony, they did not love their lives so much as to shrink from death.
